It Is In The Mail!

It is in the mail! Don't knew about you, but the term 'the check is in the mail' was a common phrase I heard growing up. Then it sort of fell out of fashion…. Until recently.

In the last couple of weeks one of my daughters moved home from college for the semester since all her classes are virtual. One evening we were all talking about all the little things that we needed to acquire before starting the fall semester or to make the her room here more comfortable. With each item we checked off the answer was, 'It's on the way'. My husband and I started to laugh about how the more things change, the more they stay the same. The words my change, the mode of transport may change, but things really do not change. They just keep coming around.

Mail Time!

This hole encounter started me thinking. How often does your family shop on line? Clearly mine does it is a lot. Even for our motorcycle parts and motovlogging equipment, we order it and have it shipped. So something is often 'in the mail'!  Or are you a hard core 'I have to see it in the store' kind of person?
