And somedays you just need to ride.
Do you ever have those days or weeks where you are restless, cranky, or just off? What do you do to get yourself back into a positive mindset? For me, the only thing that works is a long ride on my motorcycle.
Recently there have been a number of stressors in my life, and because of a few factors that were out of my control, I was unable to go for a solid ride for almost 2 weeks. All of it together, I was not in a positive frame of mine. I was restless and cranky and just off. So I jumped on my bike and off I went. About 100 miles later, life was good again.
