Turn Off The Tech And Just Ride

Sometimes on the bike you just have to turn off the tech and just ride.

Recently my husband and I took a trip to the Sequoia National Forest and did just that. We chose a route, checked the road conditions, and took off knowing that we were going to be out of cell service for most of the day. It turned out to be one of the best weekends we both had enjoyed in a long time.

With all the technology that we are surrounded by and rely on in our day to day lives, we do not realize how freeing it is to 'unplug' once in a while. To just be. And if you make a wrong turn, who cares! Just keep going to you find yourself.

Sometimes it is when you lose your way, making a wrong turn, that you find where you were suppose to be in the first place.
